Recruitment to and hosting of online survey

During the 3rd Steering Group Meeting, agreements about conditions and type of promotion for the survey will be negotiated. For achieving this, the involvement of associations is crucial. All partners, including associate and collaborative partners, will be involved in identifying appropriate national and supranational MSM websites, establishing contact with webmasters and reaching agreements with MSM websites about the type of survey advertisement and promotion, and time schedule for the online survey, aiming to guarantee maximum visibility and outreach. Writing multilingual scripts for online implementation as well as final testing and correction of language versions is part of work packageĀ 6.

The country collaborator for each survey will have access to the responses to their survey as the data is collected - this allows them to see how many recruits they are accruing each day (or each hour) and do some simple data analyses as the survey is collecting data. Each language version will have its own URL. In case of unsatisfying response rate, prolongation of the online survey is foreseen. Though, compared with previous surveys, we are quite confident that two months should be sufficient and with regard to the intended timeframe necessary.
